Request GIS map data

Many GIS Map Data are made available in County of Santa Clara Open Data Portal​.  Please use this form to request data that are not posted on the Open Data Portal.

NOTE: Data requested in this online form will be available for download via URL sent to email address provided. Data exceeding 100 GB in size will be delivered via external hard drive provided by the customer. Pre-paid return label required.

Please note that LiDAR data can also be downloaded at USGS 3DEP LidarExplorer.  Santa Clara County LiDAR products available for download* include Point Cloud LAS and DEM.
*One tile of 0.22 square miles per download.
