Michelle is a senior application developer in the Technology Services and Solutions Department the County of Santa Clara. Michelle enjoys exploring GIS technologies and applying them in application development with a goal to further improve services to the County and the community.

Michelle holds a Master of Science in computer science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. She has over 20 years’ experience in software development.
