Sandi Hirth is a senior account executive for Esri, working with cities and counties in Northern California on their geospatial and location strategies. She also contributes her expertise and experience to smart community initiatives. Before college, she worked in local government within Butte County, Calif. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Chico State, Sandi became the senior developer for large content management systems in the travel and publication industries. She was the senior director of business development for the fifth largest newspaper holding company in the U.S. before switching gears to GIS in 2012 when she became the business development manager for VESTRA, a GIS consulting firm out of Redding, Calif. She later moved to Esri to manage local government accounts in Northern California.

Matt Twietmeyer

Matt Twietmeyer is a senior solution engineer, at Esri, helping local governments do amazing work with location intelligence using the Esri Geospatial Cloud.

Previously, Matt deployed Enterprise GIS for the global U.S. Navy Information Technology Center and created/managed the largest spatial database of agriculture crops data in the State of California.

Matt has two degrees in GIS from Sacramento State University and California State University, Northridge.
